FemaleFactor is a platform with a mission: Celebrating the female factor.
Celebrating YOU
Because YOU are the key. Women are the innovators of the 21st century
It starts with you, outwards from the inside. Your strength gives power to us all. Don't demand, but compel. Not so much The Female Eunuch, more just Female. Not feminism, but femalism.
We've got the rights, thanks to Simone de Beauvoir and Betty Friedan. With your strength we can conquer the world. Together we can strike a female note, for innovation and more balance. Bet you that all those challenges such as not enough women at the top in business, sexualisation of society, (un)fair remuneration, combination of work/care, will be solved.
Are we going too fast? Let's summarise. The 8 principles of what we call femalism. Or whichever name you want to give it...
Eight principles of femalism

1. We aspire to a balanced society with an equal future for men and women in which equal importance is attached to masculine and feminine energy and values (yin-yang).
2. Contemporary society has too much yang (masculine energy) and too little yin (feminine energy). The essence of this is the cause of many of our current problems.
3. To enable an equal future, it is necessary to strengthen the yin by supporting women in discovering and strengthening their personal power and their femininity and by creating more attention to and appreciation of feminine values within society. This is the best guarantee for individual improvement of a woman's position and will benefit society as a whole.
4. Feminism positively changed some rules and regulations but has neglected to offer an alternative for the dominant and still mostly male norms and standards.
5. Contrary to the feminist ideology of equality (men and women are equal), we emphasise the difference. Men and women are different and women themselves are different from one another too.
6. Women are different from men. They have different qualities, priorities and interests and make different choices regarding work, caring, sexuality, beauty and spirituality.
7. There are moods & minds within women that each emerge to a greater or lesser extent, depending on the woman's role, phase in life and personal preferences. FemaleFactor introduces women to these moods & minds through seven personas.
8. Feminisation of women should not be an excuse for stereotyping. There are many ways to be a woman. Acknowledging differences means giving each other space and respecting each other's choices. There isn't just one way, there is your own way.
